Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Comes Up Short

St. Francis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Wallace County Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12.

St. Francis' defeat dropped their record down to 6-24-2. As for Wallace County, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 9-16 record.

Wallace County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Greeley County on the 11th. Hopefully St. Francis paid attention to the Wildcats' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wildcats.
