Volleyball Recap: Dawson County Snaps Ten-Game Streak of Losses at Home + How To Watch

Park came into Saturday's contest looking for another win against Dawson County, but Ava Amsler wouldn't allow it. The Red Devils put the hurt on the Rangers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Saturday thanks in part to Amsler, who had 14 digs and eight aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.2 aces per game.

Dawson County never let Park on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-19, 25-23.

Dawson County's win ended a ten-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-12. As for Park, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Dawson County and Baker will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Park, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Billings Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
