Baseball Recap: Federal Hocking Takes a Loss

Federal Hocking was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 34th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to the Southern Tornadoes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tornadoes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on April 8th.

Federal Hocking's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Southern, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Federal Hocking will welcome Waterford at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southern, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Symmes Valley at 12:00 p.m.
