Gaston Christian waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Hickory Grove Christian Lions 11-4. Considering Gaston Christian have won seven matches by more than four goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Gaston Christian pushed their record up to 9-4-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 40 goals over those five games. As for Hickory Grove Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7-1 record this season.
