If The Vanguard School beats Widefield with three goals on Saturday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Vanguard School came out on top against Bishop Machebeuf by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The Coursers better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Madison Baker, as she scored every single goal for her team.

Meanwhile, Widefield sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Sand Creek on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Gladiators.
