After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Floyd Central, Madison was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the New Washington Mustangs, posting a 58-22 win. The Cubs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 32 points or more this season.

Madison's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Juliana Davis, who went 11 of 17 en route to 25 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Davis has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Roark, who posted 19 points and six boards.

Madison pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.3 points per game. As for New Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Madison will host Seymour at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for New Washington, they will venture away from home to take on Southwestern at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
