Basketball Recap: St. Stephen's Academy's Luck Changes for the Better on Wednesday

St. Stephen's Academy had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 64-53 win over the Vernonia Loggers on Wednesday.

St. Stephen's Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Vernonia, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler the next time they take the court. Vernonia will host Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while St. Stephen's Academy will head out to face them at 3:30 p.m. on December 20th.
