Soccer Recap: Cloverleaf Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Cloverleaf, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the Norton Panthers get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Saturday. Cloverleaf's winning goal came courtesy of Katie Wershing.

Cloverleaf's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Norton, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-3-1.

As of now, neither Cloverleaf nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
