Cabool had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Saturday. They came out on top against the Seymour Tigers by a score of 2-0. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Cabool took both sets by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-11.

Jayne Thompson paced Cabool's offense, picking up seven kills. Thompson got some help from Cambree Woodard and her 21 assists. Sophia Dotson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Cabool's win bumped their record up to 14-5-1. As for Seymour, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Cabool has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Couch on the 20th. As for Seymour, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Sparta on the 22nd.
