While John Adams's win against Scholars Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Spartans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over Scholars Academy on Monday. The Spartans haven't had any issues with Scholars Academy recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

John Adams' victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Scholars Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-10.

Looking ahead, John Adams will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Richmond Hill at 4:00 p.m. As for Scholars Academy, they are taking a road trip to face off against Architecture, Engineering and Construction at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Scholars Academy are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
