Football Recap: Mukwonago Starts Season with Loss at Home

Mukwonago unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. The match between the Indians and the Appleton North Lightning didn't end well, with the Indians falling 21-6. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Indians came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked third, while the Lightning are ranked 31st).

Looking ahead, Mukwonago will face off against Sun Prairie East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Appleton North, they will square off against Kenosha Bradford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
