Volleyball Recap: Richmond Takes a Loss

Richmond lost against Pinole Valley back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Oilers came up short against the Spartans, falling 3-0. The Oilers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-18, 25-16.

Richmond's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Pinole Valley, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Richmond is set to face off against their familiar foe Bethel at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Pinole Valley will take on rival Kennedy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
