Soccer Recap: Hebron Gets the Win

Hebron's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They skirted past the Little Elm Lobos 3-2. Given the Hawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 106th, while the Lobos are ranked 538th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hebron's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-1-2 and their overall record up to 5-2-2. As for Little Elm, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 1-7-3 record this season.

Hebron will host Lewisville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Little Elm, they will face off against Guyer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Little Elm's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
