Grant Smail put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Tuesday. He struck out five batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Maryville is 2-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 11-17 otherwise.
