Soccer Recap: Parkway Central Takes a Loss

Parkway Central started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Parkway West. They fell 4-2 to the Longhorns on Thursday. Parkway Central haven't had much luck with Parkway West recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Parkway Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-2-1. As for Parkway West, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Parkway Central and Parkway West should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings. The Colts (ranked 27th) will meet St. Francis Borgia (ranked 112th) at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Parkway West will face off against Eureka at 4:15 p.m. on Monday with a big rank advantage (3 vs. 86).
