Bourgeois is 8-1-1 against Thibodaux since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Bourgeois Braves will head out on the road to square off against the Thibodaux Tigers at 5:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Bourgeois is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Hahnville on Friday. Bourgeois fell just short of Hahnville by a score of 2-1. The Braves haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Thibodaux was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 5-1 to Terrebonne. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Thibodaux was already down 4-1.
