Volleyball Recap: Plainfield South Takes a Loss

Plainfield South lost against Glenbrook South back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cougars took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Titans.

Despite the loss, Plainfield South still got an impressive performance from George Jimenez, who had 16 digs.

Plainfield South's loss dropped their record down to 19-12. As for Glenbrook South, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season.

Plainfield South has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Vernon Hills on the 16th. As for Glenbrook South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Bradley-Bourbonnais on the 16th.
