Baseball Recap: King Comes Up Short

King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hopkins Hilltoppers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Hilltoppers this season, with their most recent loss being a 5-4 defeat on Saturday.

King's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Hopkins, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-10.

Looking ahead, King will square off against Harvey at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopkins does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
