Tallassee has no trouble against Barbour County

Recap: Tallassee Tigers vs. Barbour County Jaguars
The Tallassee Tigers had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.8 points), and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 58-43 victory over Barbour County. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Tallassee also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
It was another big night for Rowen Thornton, who scored 16 points.
Tallassee's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Barbour County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season.
Tallassee will face off against Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive. Barbour County will take on Abbeville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
