Volleyball Recap: Norman Falls Short Against Ranked Oklahoma Christian

Norman faced Oklahoma Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Saints. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Saints from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

While Norman was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22.

Olivia Carter paced Norman's offense, picking up four kills. Carter got some help from Georgia Caddell and her seven assists.

Norman's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-3. As for Oklahoma Christian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Looking ahead, Norman will square off against Deer Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oklahoma Christian, they will be playing at home against Lincoln Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
