 Alhambra entered their tilt with Concord with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Concord Minutemen onto the board and left with  a   3-0  win  on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for Alhambra, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Jakob Poole tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out eight over six innings pitched.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Daniel Polasek, who  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played.
 On Concord's side,  Justin T was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  tossed five innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   five  hits.
 Alhambra has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record  this season. As for Concord, their loss was  their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 5-12.
