Flag Football Recap: Cedartown Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Cedartown's offense. They lost 21-0 to the LaFayette Ramblers on Monday.

Prezleigh Baty was the offensive standout of the matchup as she rushed for 81 yards and one TD, and also threw for 65 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Cedartown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for LaFayette, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Cedartown has already played their next contest (against Rome), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for LaFayette, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Dawson County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The game will give the Ramblers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
