Softball Recap: Lebanon Comes Up Short

Lebanon fell victim to Eastern Lebanon County and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 16-0 to the Raiders. The Cedars have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Lebanon's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Eastern Lebanon County, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 9-0.

Looking ahead, Lebanon will head out to challenge Ephrata at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Eastern Lebanon County, they will be playing at home against Cocalico at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Cocalico has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed ten runs per game on average), something Eastern Lebanon County will no doubt try to take advantage of.
