Basketball Game Preview: Naples Big Green Machines vs. Dundee/Bradford Central BraveScots

Naples hasn't had much luck against Dundee/Bradford Central recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Naples Big Green Machines will challenge the Dundee/Bradford Central BraveScots at 7:30 p.m. Naples will be strutting in after a victory while Dundee/Bradford Central will be coming in after a defeat.

On Monday, Naples was fully in charge, breezing past Marion 74-31. The Big Green Machines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Dundee/Bradford Central came up short against Honeoye on Thursday and fell 51-41. The matchup marked the BraveScots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Naples will need focus on slowing down Jeremy Stiles, one of several Dundee/Bradford Central players who made an impact when they last played. He went 5 for 9 en route to 14 points. Alex Goltry was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Naples is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Dundee/Bradford Central, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4.

Naples ended up a good deal behind Dundee/Bradford Central in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, losing 48-34. Can Naples avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
