If Grand Prairie wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lamar, they should've done a better job of containing Hannah Mcwethy. The Vikings came out on top against the Gophers by a score of 3-1 on Friday for which the team can thank Mcwethy, who had 20 digs and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-20, 24-26, 25-12.

Lamar has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 21-19 record this season. As for Grand Prairie, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-15-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Lamar nor Grand Prairie have any future games scheduled.
