Volleyball Game Preview: Valley View Cougars vs. Forest City Foresters

Valley View is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will venture away from home to face off against the Forest City Foresters at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Saturday, Valley View came up short against Greater Nanticoke Area and fell 3-1.

While Valley View ultimately came up short, they really made Greater Nanticoke Area work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-21, 21-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Forest City came up short against Greater Nanticoke Area on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Valley View couldn't quite get it done against Forest City in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can Valley View avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
