Orem picks up sixth straight win at home

Recap: Orem Tigers vs. Springville Red Devils

The Orem Tigers entered their tilt with the Springville Red Devils with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Orem blew past Springville 69-44. That looming 69-44 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Orem yet this season.

Orem's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chance Dastrup, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 assists. Another player making a difference was Jax Allen, who scored 20 points along with nine rebounds.

Orem pushed their record up to 10-5 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Springville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8.
