South Anchorage faced Chugiak in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Wolverines came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The victory was familiar territory for South Anchorage, who have now won ten matchups in a row.

Addison Bailey was the driving force of South Anchorage's attack as she scored both of South Anchorage's goals, bringing her season total up to seven goals.

South Anchorage pushed their record up to 10-0-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 44 goals over those five contests. As for Chugiak, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-4-1.
