Baseball Game Preview: Claremont Wolfpack vs. Adelanto Saints

The Claremont Wolfpack will take on the Adelanto Saints at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Claremont fell victim to Bishop Amat and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancers. The Wolfpack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Adelanto got the win against Granite Hills on Friday by a conclusive 7-1. Considering the Saints have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Adelanto has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.6 runs over those games. As for Claremont, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10-1.
