Softball Recap: Los Osos Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Los Osos's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Etiwanda Eagles on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 two weeks ago.

Los Osos saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Renata Arroyo, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Los Osos has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-11-1 record this season. As for Etiwanda, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Los Osos nor Etiwanda have any future games scheduled.
