Soccer Recap: Mountain View Gets the Win

While Mountain View didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-9), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They skirted past the Granger Lancers 2-1.

Kalvin Floyd and Alex Olmos scored both of Mountain View's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Mountain View's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Granger, they moved to 5-3 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain View will challenge Timpanogos at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give Mountain View their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Granger, they will take on West Jordan at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
