Volleyball Recap: Ingraham Finds Home Court Redemption Against Franklin

There's no place like home for Ingraham, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the Franklin Quakers by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Quakers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Lucy Watkins had an outrageously good game as she had seven digs and three aces. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in assists (15). Another player making a difference was Valeria Duarte-Bianchi, who had ten digs and two assists.

They weren't the only good servers: Ingraham was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 22 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive matches.

Ingraham's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Franklin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9.

As of now, neither Ingraham nor the Quakers have any future games scheduled.
