The Warriors were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Ingots on Monday. Considering the Warriors have won five contests by more than 13 runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
The result came thanks to Molly Whelan's shutout, as she gave up just two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Caitlyn Walker, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in April of 2024. Aiyanna (Yani) Espinosa was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and two doubles.
