It was a good run, but Freeport unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockford Auburn Knights.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-11.

Freeport's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Rockford Auburn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-9.

Freeport wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Guilford on the 16th. As for Rockford Auburn, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rockford East at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
