Passers beware: Brennen Newton came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 35 receiving yards, helping propel Midview past North Olmsted by a score of 27-20. We hope Friday's match is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Looking ahead, Newton and Midview will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as Midview takes on Elyria Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
