The Edinburgh Lancers will head out on the road to challenge the Living Water Homeschool Marlins at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Edinburgh took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against South Ripley, sneaking past 3-2.

Kenna Streeval made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Those 13 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
