Basketball Game Preview: Valley Forge Patriots vs. North Olmsted Eagles

The Valley Forge Patriots will face off against the North Olmsted Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Valley Forge and three for North Olmsted.

Valley Forge came up short against Buckeye on Friday, falling 74-49. While losing is never fun, the Patriots can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 621st, while the Bucks are ranked 195th).

Meanwhile, North Olmsted came up short against Perkins on Tuesday and fell 69-59. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (56), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Valley Forge's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for North Olmsted, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.
