Softball Recap: Seminole Comes Up Short

Seminole fell victim to Tivy and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 7-0 to the Antlers. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Indians were not able to get on the board.

Seminole saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zaylee Teichroeb, who went 1-for-2 with one triple. Teichroeb has been hot recently, having posted at least one triple the last three times she's played.

Seminole has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-3 record this season. As for Tivy, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Seminole didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-6 loss against Lake View on the 20th. As for Tivy, they will venture away from home to take on New Braunfels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
