Basketball Recap: Sioux Center Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Sioux Center lost against Unity Christian back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Sioux Center Warriors took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Unity Christian Knights. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sioux Center's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4. As for Unity Christian, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

Sioux Center and Unity Christian should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Iowa Rankings. Sioux Center (ranked 46th) will meet Rock Valley (ranked 189th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Unity Christian will square off against Sibley-Ocheyedan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 293 places (18 vs. 311).
