Volleyball Recap: Oaks Christian Comes Up Short

Oaks Christian lost against Chaminade back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oaks Christian Lions lost 3-0 to the Chaminade Eagles. The Lions' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

While Oaks Christian had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 25-18.

Cameron Judd paced Oaks Christian's offense, picking up 11 kills. Judd got some help from Chase Jenkins and his 14 assists.

Oaks Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Chaminade, they moved to 3-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oaks Christian will face off against Carpinteria at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chaminade, they will take on Calabasas at 5:00 p.m. on March 18th.
