Soccer Recap: Stratford Takes a Loss

Stratford fell victim to Davidson Academy and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 9-0 to the Bears. That's two games in a row now that Stratford have lost by exactly nine goals.

Stratford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Davidson Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Stratford will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on East Robertson at 6:00 p.m. on September 8. As for Davidson Academy, they will be playing at home against Clarksville Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give Davidson Academy their first taste of in-conference action this season.
