Softball Recap: Wood Memorial's Winning Streak Snapped at Six Games

Wood Memorial and West Washington squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Wood Memorial had to settle for second. They fell 4-0 to the Senators. Considering the last time the Trojans couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

The loss snapped Wood Memorial's winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 14-7 record. As for West Washington, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-5 record this season.
