After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Perquimans, Washington County was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Tarboro Vikings 64-31. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Aaliyah Carter continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 11 for 16 on her way to 22 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ke'Nyia Young, who went 5 of 8 en route to 12 points.

Washington County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.3 points. As for Tarboro, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.
