Volleyball Recap: Tri-Village Wins Going Away Against Yellow Springs

Tri-Village lost to Yellow Springs back in October of 2015, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Patriots blew past the Bulldogs 3-0.

Gabby Kirby paced Tri-Village's offense, picking up 13 kills. Kirby got some help from Zoe Ayette and her 23 assists. Ayette also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Cameron Osborne, racking up three apiece.

Tri-Village's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-4. As for Yellow Springs, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tri-Village will square off against Arcanum at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Yellow Springs, they will take on Calvary Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
