Recap: Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders vs. Sevier County Smoky Bears        
        
		
            
 The Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders waltzed into their match  on Friday with 17 straight wins  but they left with 18. They came out on top against Sevier County by a score of  73-63. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
 Gatlinburg-Pittman got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Maliyah Glasper out in front who  scored 25 points along with six  rebounds.  Maddy Newman was another key contributor,  scoring 20 points along with six  rebounds.
 Gatlinburg-Pittman is  on a roll lately: they've  won 20 of their last 21 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 26-2 record  this season. As for Sevier County, their loss  ended a seven-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 25-3.
 Gatlinburg-Pittman will head out on the road to  take on  McMinn Central at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Gatlinburg-Pittman has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 876 points over their last 12 matchups. Sevier County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
