Volleyball Recap: Olathe North Beats Blue Valley North for Their Third Straight Win

With a playoff win on the line, Olathe North rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Blue Valley North Mustangs by a score of 2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Kennedy Tobaben paced Olathe North's offense, picking up nine kills. Tobaben got some help from Tiana Kinsella and her 21 assists. Tobaben also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Londyn Shaw, each putting up two.

Olathe North's victory bumped their record up to 22-11. As for Blue Valley North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 20-14 record this season.

Olathe North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Mill Valley on the 25th. Blue Valley North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
