Basketball Game Preview: Buckeye Bucks vs. Normandy Invaders

The Buckeye Bucks will head out on the road to take on the Normandy Invaders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Buckeye will be strutting in after a victory while Normandy will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Buckeye beat Westlake 79-66. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bucks.

Meanwhile, Normandy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against North Olmsted, falling 58-38.

Normandy's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-11. As for Buckeye, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season.

Buckeye strolled past Normandy in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 72-54. The rematch might be a little tougher for Buckeye since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
