Volleyball Recap: Westfield Takes a Loss

Westfield and Fishers squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Westfield had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Tigers. The loss continues a trend for the Shamrocks in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost five in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Westfield lost, don't look at Graham Weddige. Despite the final result, he had 18 assists and 16 digs.

Westfield's defeat dropped their record down to 20-9. As for Fishers, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 28-4.

Westfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fishers, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Guerin Catholic on the 17th.
