Football Recap: Foothills Christian Comes Up Short

The Foothills Christian Knights came up short against the Hamilton Bobcats on Friday and fell 27-15.

Joshua Hawkins threw for 49 yards and one touchdown. David Stewart was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards. On the ground, Jack Sudi rushed for 74 yards.

Foothills Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hamilton, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Foothills Christian will square off against Rock Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Knights their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Hamilton, they will face off against The Webb Schools at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
