Thales Academy Rolesville comes up short despite Malcolm Foster's dominant performance

The Thales Academy Rolesville Knights lost against the Friendship Christian Falcons last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Thales Academy Rolesville fell to Friendship Christian 53-49.

Despite the loss, Thales Academy Rolesville still got an impressive performance from Malcolm Foster, who scored 24 points along with five rebounds and two blocks. Foster is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Lopez, who scored ten points along with six assists.

It was another big night for Hunter Peed, who scored 22 points for Friendship Christian. Peed continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Eugene Amadi, who scored six points along with 11 rebounds and three blocks.

Thales Academy Rolesville has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Friendship Christian, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.

Hopefully St. Thomas More Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Friday. As for Friendship Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 769 points over their last 11 matchups.
